Dear Annabelle,
Your beautiful Sea Shells by the Beach met and FAR exceeded all expectations.Not just the amazing house , decor (love the seagulls) and picture-perfect view, but your warm welcome and care and attention you pay to your guests-something very rare in this day and age.
We are already planning our next trip as mum says and I know that Ruby LOVED EVERY MINUTE

Thank you for your warm welcome to this lovely area of the Island. Sea Shells is indeed a special place and we have loved every minute of being here.
The view is superb and the accommodation perfect.
There is always lots to do on the Island but it has been difficult to tear ourselves away from just sitting with a good book, a glass of wine, Radio 3 and the mesmerising sea view !!
Thank you for the tasty carrot cake and the wonderful roses. They lasted the whole week.
It was lovely meeting you Annabelle and I am sure we shall be seeing you again!

We travelled from the South of Scotland for this sea side location.Weather has been really good and very hot on a couple of days.Have walked the coastal path from Bonchurch and covered Shanklin, Sandown and Bembridge Down. Nice walk from here to Ventnor along the promenade.
The house deserves it's 5 star rating with everything thought of.We've self catered for many years and this is as good as it gets.
Really pleased to have properly organised recycling as it is here.

Dear Annabelle,
We came to "Sea Shells by the Beach" with our little scmoodle-Molly-to celebrate a special day/date. Our 30 years anniversary of being together.
Little did we know how very special it would turn out to be.
Sea Shells by the Beach is incredible and to top it all, the weather this week was amazing.
However, the main reason it was so special is because of your attention to detail.
The cake,fairy lights,wine and even a lovely bottle of champagne for our special day.
Thank you for making our week absolutely unforgettable. We will definitely be returning.

This is our second visit to Sea Shells by the Beach. We love it here.
The house has everything that you could wish for, the views are amazing and the location is perfect. Annabelle is a delight, she has thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble.
We are sure to be returning for years to come. It is the perfect place to make special memories with the family.

WOW-what an amazing place! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage and for your warm welcome and help. WE HAVE NEVER STAYED ANYWHERE SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. And the view... the children are fed up of me constantly saying "look at that view" !!

WOW what can we say?! Such a truly beautiful house in a stunning location! The "welcome "gift of a cake and milk was much appreciated!
Looking out over the sea, watching the waves crash on the rocks was lovely and we couldn't believe our luck when we saw a pod of dolphins out in the sea!
The house is stunning- we really couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay!
Thank you for making us so welcome Annabelle and the cleanliness and attention to detail in "Sea Shells by the Beach" is second to none! We would definitely come back again!

This house really has the WOW factor. Spotlessly clean and lovely "extra " touches.Thank you so much for the flowers and carrot cake-very much appreciated.
We've really enjoyed the beautiful decor and quality throughout-so nice to have this- and you allowed us to bring our dogs.
Spotted a seal close to the shore, which was a lovely surprise.
Can highly recommend The Spyglass for every meal and The Isle of Wight Pearl was a lovely visit-beautiful setting--sofas,cafe, allows dogs and can look at beautiful jewellery.
The view from the sitting room makes for a truly relaxing experience , whatever the weather.
Annabelle, you have provided absolutely everything possible we may have needed. The extra storage in the hall area was a bonus. Well deserved 5 stars!
Thank you for a fantastic stay. This has been a very special way to celebrate husband's 50th birthday and created lots of happy memories X

WOW- Seashells by the Beach definitely has the X factor!
Thank you Annabelle for such a lovely welcome-we have had such a wonderful holiday in your beautiful cottage we really don't want to leave.... Such a perfect place and an ideal spot for relaxing by the sea or exploring the Island.
Spotting a lizard sunbathing in the garden was an added bonus this morning and the day ended with an unexpected flourish of lightening visible across the sea-WOW again!

We have been to the Isle of Wight many times.Never have we stayed in such a beautiful holiday home. It is absolutely fantastic and is a credit to you Annabelle.
It's so clean and well equipped and the views are beautiful, it's been amazing waking up to the sea every morning. We have all felt so relaxed. Will definitely be back , can't wait !!

Annabelle what can we say, again a most enjoyable time spent in your lovely cottage and the view amazing, and also for your kindness.
We wished the weather had been better but we still enjoyed long days out and about.
